    I received a recommendation on sorting through the LEGO world. 

    “The Legos have a ‘LEGO Creator’ line which comes with a set of Legos and directions to make 3 different things.  I like that line because it encourages them to rebuild and think about the pieces in different ways.”

  • Rookie Gear Spalding Basketball for Kids under 8

    We like this basketball for kids 8 and under:

    • It is a “Rookie Gear” ball that is 25% lighter than other basketballs. 
    • Size 5 (27.5″ Youth).  (Adult women’s balls are 28.5″ in diameter so this is smaller than that). There are other Spalding Size 5 balls that are not Rookie Gear.  (We have one of those too and it is good too).
