Ryan and Jacob and I went to meet Amy at her office at church for lunch. Amy and Jacob went to a Senior's Lunch. Ryan and I went to Duke Gardens and saw the ducks and turtles.
Ryan likes peanut butter and honey sandwiches on multi-grain bread, apple slices, baby carrots and anything non-nutritious (Dora "Fruit" snacks, pretzels, popcorn, Doritos chips, chocolate, ice cream, cake, donuts, etc.) We water down his juice and call it "juice-water."
